Where do I find my Marketing Tools in the dashboard?
You find all your Marketing Tools in the “My Marketing Tools” section of your dashboard. There you see every tool instance you created, plus simple analytics that show which tools are active, paused, or still in draft.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open your TravelNet Alliance dashboard
- Log in to your account.
- You will see the main screen with the left side menu bar.

Find the “My Marketing Tools” icon
- Look at the left menu.
- Find the bar chart icon.
- This icon leads to your My Marketing Tools section.

Open “My Marketing Tools”
- On this page, you see a list of all the tool instances you have created.
- An “instance” means one specific copy of a tool, for example:
- One for your website
- One for a QR code at your reception
- One for a special campaign

Check which tools are active, paused, or draft
- On each tool window in the list, you will find a Analytics button.
- Click this button to see more detailed information for that specific tool.
- Here you can track how well this one tool is performing.

Open analytics for a single tool
- At the top of the My Marketing Tools page, you see a summary area.
- Here you can see general lead numbers for all tools combined (for example total activity and performance).
- This gives you a quick overview of how your tools are doing.

Open the detail page to customize a tool
- On each tool window, you will also see a Details button.
- Click this if you want to:
- Change texts or settings
- Adjust how you use the tool in your services
- Get the information you need to integrate it into your channels (website, tours, emails, etc.)
