Step-by-Step Guide
01
Understand what is live right now
- TravelNet Alliance Suite is rolling out in three steps:
-
- Lead generation and marketing credits (this is live now)
-
- Lead nurturing and discovery (coming soon)
-
- Offers and closing the traveler (coming after that)
- For now, you focus on tools that help you collect new leads and earn marketing credits.
02
Look at the left menu bar
- On the left side of your screen, you see a vertical menu with several icons.
- This menu is your main way to move around the Alliance Suite.
03
Find your “My Marketing Tools” section
- Look for the bar chart icon in the left menu > Click it > This opens your Marketing Tools section
- This is the main dashboard you see right after logging in.
04
Review your active marketing tools
- On this page you see all from you installed Alliance lead-generation tools and deals.
- You can see where you are using them (for example, website, email, campaign) and how they are performing.
- Take a moment to scroll and see which tools are active for you.
05
Open the Marketplace
- In the left menu, look for the icon with three small squares and one plus symbol > Click this icon > This opens the Alliance Marketplace.
- The Marketplace is your central hub to discover all the different lead-gen offers and marketing tools you can use.
- You do not need to activate everything now, but it helps to see what is there.
06
Check your profile and settings
- At the bottom of the left menu, click the settings icon (a small gear) > This opens your profile and account settings.
- Here you can see two tabs:
- One for your company profile
- One for your personal profile
- In your company tab, check that your company name and main details look correct.
- In your personal tab, check your name and role.
- You can edit some fields yourself.
- Important: If you want to change sensitive information (like your main contact email), please contact the TravelNet team so we can update it safely.
07
Ignore advanced tools for now (optional)
- At the top of the left menu, you see the messaging suite icon.
- This area will later let you talk with travelers and B2B contacts.
- Right now, in this first phase, it is not essential for your setup.
- You can leave it for later.
