How does the "Auto Pop-up" Marketing Tool work?
The AutoPopup Marketing Tool shows your TravelNet offer as a small pop-up box on your website after a short delay (for example 3–5 seconds). You add it to a page with a simple code, choose the delay time, and your visitors will see the offer automatically.

Before You Start
You will need:
Active Marketing Tool
An active Marketing Tool in your My Marketing Tools section
Your Website Access
Access to your website builder (e.g. Wix, WordPress + Elementor, Cornerstone, etc.)
Editing Permission
Permission to edit the page where you want the tool to show
Editing Permission
Permission to edit the page where you want the tool to show
Step-by-Step Guide

Open your Marketing Tool detail page
- Log in to https://app.travelnet.id
- Click the bar chart icon in the left menu to go to My Marketing Tools.
- Click on the tool instance you want to use (or the Detail button) to open its detail page.

Find the Auto Popup integration
- On the detail page, look to the right side of the screen.
- You will see a panel with integration options (for example: QR code, link, embed code).
- Click on the option called “Auto Pop-Up Marketing tool”

Open the Auto Pop-Up Marketing Tool window
- A new window or panel opens.
- It explains briefly how the AutoPopup works and shows the settings you can change.

Set the time delay in seconds
- In this window, you see a field where you can choose the time delay.
- Type how many seconds should pass before the popup appears on your website.
- A common delay is 3–5 seconds, but you can choose what feels right for you and your guests.

Copy the embed code
- Click inside the code box.
- Select the full code or click the button "Copy Code"
- The code is now in your clipboard, ready to paste into your website.

Open your Website Builder
- In a new browser tab, log in to your website builder (Wix, WordPress, Cornerstone, Elementor, etc.).
- Open the page where you want the TravelNet tool to appear (for example, your home page or a campaign page).

Add a “custom code” or “HTML” element
- In your website builder, look at the list of elements or widgets.
- Find an element named something like:
- “HTML”
- “Custom code”
- “Raw content”

Paste the embed code into the element
- Click on the new HTML/custom code element you just added.
- Paste the embed code you copied from TravelNet into the field.
- Save or apply the changes inside your builder.

Save and publish your page
- Click Save and then Publish/Update in your website builder.
- Open your website in a new browser tab and go to the page you edited.
- You should now see your TravelNet Marketing Tool Offer or Campaign as Pop-up after the set time delay directly on your site.

Confirm the tool works
- Click the button or try the form like a traveler would.
- Make sure it opens the correct offer and the signup flow works.
