How do I download my email list?
You download your email list from the Leads Report in your My Marketing Tools section. There you click “Export CSV” to save all collected emails as a file on your computer.

Before You Start
You will need:
Active Marketing Tool
An active Marketing Tool in your My Marketing Tools section
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to your TravelNet Alliance dashboard
- Go to https://app.travelnet.id in your browser.
- Log in using your email and the magic link.

Open “My Marketing Tools”
- Look at the left menu on your dashboard.
- Click the folder icon to open My Marketing Tools.
- You will now see all the Marketing Tool instances you have created.

Open your Leads Report
- At the top of the My Marketing Tools page, you see a performance overview banner.
- In that banner, click the button “View Report”.
- This opens your Leads Report, where all leads from all tools are collected.

Check your email list in the report
- In the Leads Report, you see:
- A performance summary (how many leads you have).
- A list of leads with their email addresses and other data (if collected)

Export your email list
- Click “Export CSV”.
- Your browser will download a .csv file to your computer
