Understand your main dashboard

07

After login, you arrive on My Marketing Tools (your main dashboard for now).

08

On the left side, you see:

  • A messaging icon, for future communication with travelers and B2B partners.
  • A three-squares + icon, this is the Marketplace.
  • A folder icon, this is My Marketing Tools, where all your active tools live.
  • A settings icon, where you manage your company and personal profile.
  • A logout icon, to safely leave the platform.

09

On the My Marketing Tools page, you see:

  • A performance overview bar at the top (summary of your leads and activity).
  • A list of your tool instances (this may be empty if you are new).

Check and update your profile

03

In the left menu, click the settings icon.

03

You will see two tabs:

  • Company profile
  • Personal profile

04

Check that your company name, main contact details, and sector are correct.

04

In the permissions section, enable “Emails and Official Correspondence” so we can update you on new tools and features.

Note: If you need to change sensitive data (like your main contact email), contact the TravelNet team so we can update it safely.

Pick a simple integration to go live fast

Now you decide how to show this tool to your guests.
Open My Marketing Tools. To get started quickly, we recommend one or two easy options:

Option A – Use a QR Code (great for on-site use)

05

On the tool detail page, look at the right side for the integration options and click “QR Code”.

05

Your unique QR code appears.

05

Click Download to save the QR code image (PNG) to your computer.

05

Print it or add it to materials such as:

  • Reception desk signs
  • Room cards
  • Tour end signs
  • Bus / car seat backs

06

Add a short line next to it, like “Scan to win your dream trip” or “Scan to get your free eSIM”.

Option B – Use the Standalone Link (great for email and online use)

06

On the same tool detail page, find the “Standalone Link” section.

06

Copy the unique link shown there.

06

Add it to your email signature with a call to action, for example:

  • “Win your dream trip here:”
  • “Get your free eSIM here:”

06

You can also use this link in:

  • Newsletter campaigns
  • Social media posts
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Website buttons (by pasting it in the button URL field)

You can set up more advanced options later (Embed Code, Button, AutoPopup, Exit Intent, Social Sharing, Link Interceptor). For now, QR + Standalone Link already give you a strong start.

Test your first traveler journey

07

Open your printed QR with your phone or click your Standalone Link like a guest would.

07

Make sure it leads to the correct TravelNet offer page.

07

Complete a test signup (use a test email if you like) to see the full flow.

Tip: Testing once yourself is the best way to understand what your guests experience and to feel confident.

Check your performance and leads

07

Go back to the left menu and click the bar chart icon to open My Marketing Tools again.

07

At the top, look at the performance overview bar to see if any leads have been generated.

07

Click “View Report” to open your Leads Report.

07

In the report, you can see:

  • Overall performance of your tools
  • A list of the leads you’ve collected and their email addresses

09

If you want a deeper view on one specific tool, go back to My Marketing Tools, find that tool, and click Analytics.

09

Here you see the detailed performance for that single tool instance, plus the leads it created.
